Just as the ski season begins to roll the ski biz has a few shake downs:

First, K2 lets Elan take Plake… or is the recent Elan and Dalbello Alliance the cause? Sure he’s not the latest’s and greatest talent gracing today’s music videos… ah err, I mean ski films, BUT, he is a living icon who’s still out promoting skiing in seemingly any way shape or form. You have to give him credit for such longevity. Let’s wait and see what Glen and Elan have for us this season. I know I’m looking forward to it!

In other news, Tecnica Group has acquired 2/3rds of Blizzard stock and will bring them in sync with their Nordica operation according to SkiRacing.com.
